Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are in new and unused condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is covered by our "Free Returns Support" section. Once the return is received, we will typically process and issue a refund to the original payment account within 2 business days, with the refund appearing within 5-7 days depending on the bank and payment method.
Free returns are offered in cases where the goods are damaged in transit (excluding damage caused by customers), parts are missing, the wrong items are delivered, or the items are defective. Free returns are not available if the item's arrival is delayed, the customer no longer needs the item, the item appears inauthentic, or if the item does not fit properly.
